Analysing users' skills, experiences, and aspirations alongside real-time labour market data, our algorithms generate tailored recommendations aligned with specific job requirements.
Motivation
Growing up in council housing on the Aylesbury Estate, I experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing opportunities from an underserved background. Despite the high crime rate and limited resources, I became a mentor to underrepresented students at local schools, driven by a deep passion to empower diverse young talent to reach their full potential. By leveraging AI technology to personalise career guidance and optimise CVs at scale, we can unlock overlooked talent and expand access to life-changing careers.
